Message from the Fire Chief

I would like to welcome you to the official website of the St. Paul Fire Department. This site is relatively new, and we are constantly upgrading it so that you will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.

At full complement, the St. Paul Fire Department has a great blend of 37 volunteer Firefighter’s, a full time Chief & Deputy that serve the Town of St. Paul, as well as an area of over 1000 square kilometers of the County of St. Paul.

Our Firefighter’s are exceptionally trained with a great number of them holding NFPA 1001 Firefighter certification. We provide service in the following areas: Fire Suppression, Vehicle Extrication, Ice Rescue, Hazardous Materials response and Medical Assistance as required or requested. All of our Firefighter’s continuously and strenuously train to provide this service for our communities. We have very strong support from our Municipal Council’s, and our Fire Department is committed to providing a professional level of service.

I am honored to lead this great group of dedicated individuals who give so much of themselves for the betterment and safety of the communities we call home. If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me directly at: tkotowich@town.stpaul.ab.ca.
